New Website

Welcome to the new Wolverhampton Subbuteo Table Football Club Website. During the last three years, we have been using Wix as the host but due to rising costs, we have made the decision to look elsewhere. We are now using Google Sites to host our website and I am sure you will agree it is a good alternative.

About Us

Wolves STFC is a table football club. For those of you who don't know, Table football (aka Subbuteo) is football played on a table with small figures (as shown in the picture above), Players use a finger to flick playing figures into position and to play the ball around the pitch, just like in real football. Simple to play but difficult to master, the game can be tactically challenging just like the real thing and requires good dexterity and hand-eye coordination. We are always looking for new or experienced players from Wolverhampton or the surrounding areas to come and play some friendly games or if you are up for it take part in our various competitions. We are always happy to teach new players everything they need to know from the basic skills, right through to advanced strategies. Don't worry if you have not got any teams as there is always someone willing to let you borrow a set to get playing.

"The club's ethos, first and foremost, is for everyone to enjoy the wonderful game. We're open to all ages and ability, and have some brilliant evenings and events to date. Come along and have ago!" Justin Scott, Chairman

"My plan was to come back and just try to get to the level I was at before, however, due to the quality of the players at this club, I have risen up a notch or two. The lads are a great bunch and we have lots of fun and banter. I would recommend anybody old and new to the game to come along and get involved" Richard Badger, Committee Member

"I have enjoyed my time at the club since I joined in 2017. There are plenty of great people at the club who are willing to help you learn how to play and develop. Come along and have some flicking fun" Gage Badger, Club Member
